Dave is first cousins with Matt, and the two have enjoyed building the business as a family. The company’s name is a tribute to their grandparents, honoring the street they grew up visiting — a reminder of their shared roots and purpose.
When he’s not working, Dave enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and continuing to learn and grow in both life and business.
Matt Beeman
Matt is a co-founder of the company and plays a hands-on role in the operation and management of the mobile home parks. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady leadership style, he helps ensure the parks run efficiently and residents are well served.
In addition to his work on the ground, Matt leads a high-performing sales team, bringing valuable experience in communication, strategy, and execution. His ability to balance day-to-day responsibilities with long-term vision makes him an essential part of the team’s growth.
Matt is first cousins with Dave Bridgman Sr., and the two have enjoyed building the business together over the years. The company’s name is a tribute to their grandparents, inspired by the street they lived on — a nod to the family roots behind the mission.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and young kids, making memories, and keeping life centered around family.
David J Bridgman
Dave leads operations for the company, managing the day-to-day activity across mobile home parks and commercial properties. With a finance degree and a concentration in commercial real estate, he brings a hands-on, analytical approach to improving performance, resident experience, and long-term value.
He also oversees the company’s social media and communications, using fun and creative marketing ideas to help rewrite the reputation of the parks and highlight the progress being made.
Dave believes in treating people fairly, communicating clearly, and living by the philosophy that if you build something great, people will come. Outside of work, he’s a passionate fan of the New York Giants and New York Knicks, enjoys running, studying history, spending time with family, and is always on the hunt for the best pizza..
